Dancing

Tap into your inner performer and match the beats as you move. Stay active in a fun way that keeps your body moving.

Dancing

Play your favourite music and move your body. Dance is a way of moving that can be enjoyable and relaxing. With several dance forms to choose from, you can pick one that suits you, and that you enjoy.

Try an online class from the comfort of your own home by visiting the Virtual Village Hall dance classes to discover your favourite style. Gather some friends and dance together or join a studio to enjoy the activity with more people. Christine loved trying something new and socialising with new friends when she joined her local ballet class.

Or simply put on your favourite song and dance in the comfort of your own living room. It can be a great way to shake out the tension from the day and lift your mood.
