Multiple sclerosis

Benefits of moving more

Movements can be standing or seated activities. You might like team sports while others might prefer yoga. And don’t forget that activities like gardening and cleaning use your muscles too!

If you have multiple sclerosis, being active can help improve your quality of life and even help manage some MS symptoms. Staying active with MS can:

  • Help manage MS symptoms including fatigue and problems with balance and walking.
  • Improve your mood.
  • Improve your overall health.
  • Help you stay mobile.
