If you have a limited mobility condition, being active can help to improve your quality of life and help you manage your condition by: 

  • Helping to improve your mobility, strength and stamina for daily activities and independence, especially if your muscles are weakening because of your condition.

  • Releasing endorphins to improve your mood.

  • Reducing stress levels and improve your mental wellbeing.

  • Providing you opportunities to socialise and get active in a group setting.
