This summer is all about finding ways to Move Your Way! Getting active doesn't have to look like traditional exercise to count. Even small, unexpected moments of movement all add up - so however you feel like moving, do it your way.

Living with the ups and downs of a health condition can make it feel difficult to get moving. Some days feel heavy, others lighter, and most are somewhere in between. 

This summer, we’re here to help you reframe what getting active can look like and enjoy small, feelgood ways to move.
