We Are Undefeatable is a movement supporting people with a range of long term health conditions to be more active. We understand that getting active looks different for everyone and that every achievement, however big or small, is worth celebrating.
The campaign brings together a range of partners who reach people living with the conditions each charity represents, but we hope that due to the nature of the campaign message we can inspire people living with other conditions who can be more active, find the thing that works for them!
We want to empower the workforces within the health, sport, physical activity and voluntary sector and local governments and authorities to create positive physical activity experiences for people living with long term health conditions. By providing you access to promotional materials, case studies, and insights, we want to extend the reach of the campaign to local places and enable you to embed the campaign ethos within your local initiatives and organisational strategies to better support your community to get active.
