We Are Undefeatable has joined forces with Carers UK to empower family, friends and carers to support the people they care for to be active, and to encourage them to move more too.
Our resources are designed to help you and your audience get active. Our promotional materials have been designed in collaboration with our charity partners, using insight and real stories of people living with long term health conditions. You can also find inspiration and guidance on how to activate the campaign and our latest research.
