Help share our new research project with London Metropolitan University

We Are Undefeatable partners with London Metropolitan University for a new research project.

About us page

This autumn, we’re excited to launch an independent study with London Metropolitan University.

The study will evaluate how people with long term health conditions are currently engaging with physical activity and analyse how the We Are Undefeatable app impacts physical activity and health-related outcomes of its users.

We’re hoping this work with London Metropolitan University will drive forward the evidence base around interventions in physical activity, helping to ensure more people with health conditions are supported to be active in future.

London Metropolitan University want to hear from anyone with a long-term health condition, regardless of their awareness of the We Are Undefeatable campaign, or their We Are Undefeatable app usage or knowledge. They are inviting participation from people who live with one or more long term health conditions who are past or current users of the app, and those who have never used it.

Please support us in reaching as many people as possible living with a health condition by sharing the survey with your networks. We will share detailed instructions on how you can do this on 27th October, when the survey launches.

In return we’ll share back the insights from this survey, and the full academic evaluation. A final report will be produced by mid-2026, which will be made available for you to access for free.
