We know that moving regularly when you’re living with a health condition can sometimes feel hard, as the way you feel changes day-to-day. But building in activities to your everyday routine, like stretching while you watch TV or walking down the stairs instead of taking the lift, can make movement easier to fit in and are things you don’t have to think too much about. The most important thing is to do what feels good for you on any given day.
