We Are Undefeatable has always recognised that everyone’s conditions affect them differently. We also believe that being active is one way for people to support their wellbeing and quality of life, in addition to helping manage their physical and mental health. It can also be a wonderful way to stay connected with friends and family, either in person or virtually.
Although most Covid-19 restrictions have lifted, heading back to normality might seem daunting. That’s why it’s important to be active in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you. You may be ready to go back to your local gym or leisure centre, or you may prefer to get active in your home or garden. However you choose to move, it all still counts.
