Supporting you during COVID-19

Supporting you during COVID-19

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, protecting the nation’s health is everyone’s highest priority, and we are committed to keeping people with long term health conditions safe and well. Even with the majority of restrictions lifted, it’s best to be active in a way that feels comfortable and safe for you.

You can view the most up to date government guidance here. This includes information about getting vaccinated, getting tested and staying safe during Covid-19.

We Are Undefeatable has always recognised that everyone’s conditions affect them differently. We also believe that being active is one way for people to support their wellbeing and quality of life, in addition to helping manage their physical and mental health. It can also be a wonderful way to stay connected with friends and family, either in person or virtually.

Although most Covid-19 restrictions have lifted, heading back to normality might seem daunting. That’s why it’s important to be active in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you. You may be ready to go back to your local gym or leisure centre, or you may prefer to get active in your home or garden. However you choose to move, it all still counts.
